Key Responsibilities
- Contact warm and cold leads across 7 international territories and domestic markets.
- Present and sell trip packages and flight bookings; convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Upload leads daily into CRM/data sheets and maintain updated lead status.
- Liaise with CPT product team for quotations, custom requests and booking confirmations.
- Handle international calls (dialer), local calls, Zoom meetings and WhatsApp messaging.
- Meet monthly targets: 10 confirmed trips & 100 flight tickets (minimum).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in telesales/telemarketing (travel industry preferred).
- Strong persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable using online dialers, Zoom and CRM/lead sheets.
- Ability to work from office 5 days/week + 1 day remote (as specified).
- Professionalism, reliability and ability to meet sales targets.
