Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams (backend, frontend, QA, BAs).
• Strong full-stack development skills: .NET Core, React (or Vue.js/Angular), SQL databases (MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• ORM experience: Entity Framework or NHibernate.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Proficiency in AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor IDE, Tabnine) and prompt engineering skills.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles and modern software design practices.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred: functional programming (Python, F#), cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), Microsoft Certified Azure Developer Associate or AWS Certified Developer – Associate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a globally distributed development team.
