Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project schedules for villa and high-rise projects.
- Prepare resource and cost-loaded plans and master schedules.
- Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to management.
- Identify risks, propose mitigation plans, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with departments and stakeholders to gather project requirements.
- Prepare progress reports, including S-curves, histograms, and KPIs.
- Conduct site visits to verify and monitor progress.
- Assist with EOT claims and project documentation.
- Utilize Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools for planning and tracking.
- Support project teams with scheduling expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 8–10+ years of proven experience in project planning and scheduling.
- Strong background in large-scale villa or high-rise construction projects.
- Experience with cost and resource-loaded schedules.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and related tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to lead in preparing project reports and critical path reviews.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
