Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry.
- 5–15 years of industry experience in polyolefin formulation and film production.
- Experience in plastic blown/cast film extrusion, lamination, or packaging films.
- Strong knowledge of polymer properties, process troubleshooting, and analytical test methods.
- US Citizen, Green Card Holder, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, or L2-EAD eligible to work in the USA.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and customer application development for polyolefin products.
- Lead new product and application development projects through commercialization.
- Interface with manufacturing, supply chain, sales, marketing, research, and customer labs.
- Deliver technical training to customers and internal personnel.
- Travel 25–60% to support customer and project needs.
