Key Responsibilities
- Support registered nurses in delivering agreed plans of care in line with training and instructions.
- Promote safe and compassionate patient care in secure environments.
- Develop and apply new skills to maintain high standards of clinical service delivery.
- Assist with health interventions for patients in line with policies and best practices.
- Contribute to improving healthcare access and outcomes for inmates.
Required Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Non-judgmental and compassionate approach to patient care.
- IT literacy and ability to work in a busy environment.
- Ability to work unsupervised while following policy and procedures.
- (Preferred) Experience in hospital, community, or prison healthcare settings.
