Key Responsibilities
- Support a young lady with a brain injury and moving/handling needs while encouraging her independence.
- Assist with daily living, personal care, and household tasks as needed.
- Accompany and support social and leisure activities (shopping, dining, cinema, nature walks, hair/beauty appointments).
- Provide empathetic, proactive, and creative support tailored to individual needs.
- Promote dignity, choice, and community inclusion in line with Orbis Support’s values.
Required Qualifications
- Female applicants only (genuine occupational requirement under Sex Discrimination Act 1975).
- Positive, caring, and empathetic attitude with good communication skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships and encourage independence.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and nights.
- Experience in brain injury support desirable but not essential.
- Commitment to the rights of individuals with disabilities.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
- Note: VISA Sponsorship not available.
