Responsibilities
- Assign sales workers to duties
- Hire and train staff or arrange training sessions
- Authorize cheque payments and merchandise returns
- Order and manage merchandise inventory
- Establish and maintain staff work schedules
- Sell merchandise and assist customers
- Prepare reports on sales, staff, and operations
- Resolve customer issues and supply shortages
- Supervise and co-ordinate store activities
Requirements
- Language: English
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Supervision experience with small teams (1–4 people)
- Ability to work on-site full-time
