Requirements
- Languages: English
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 3–5 years
- Credential: Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA)
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train staff
- Analyze client financial records for compliance with accounting standards
- Prepare financial information, reports, and audit findings
- Recommend improvements to accounting systems and practices
- Conduct field audits to ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Income Tax Act, Canadian Business Corporations Act, etc.)
- Examine accounting records and documents
- Assist in planning and executing financial statement audits
Experience & Specialization
- Areas of Specialization: External audit, Accounting
- Technology Knowledge: Accounting software, Caseware/Caseview, TaxPrep, MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Windows)
