Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field (Ph.D. preferred).
• Hotmelt formulation or extrusion industry experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated, curious, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize hotmelt adhesive formulations for various applications.
• Build expertise on raw material processing and lab-to-pilot formulation capabilities, including synthetic rubber and acrylics.
• Analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
• Stay informed on advances in hotmelt technologies and industry trends.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Pilot Center Engineering, and Production Engineering for technology transfer.
• Build strong relationships with raw material suppliers and stay updated on market offerings.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
