Key Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping on Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks.
• Maintain sales & purchase ledgers, process invoices, payments, and credit notes.
• Perform bank reconciliations, VAT submissions, and control account reconciliations.
• Handle debtors, creditors, PAYE, accruals, and prepayments.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and post journals.
• Liaise with clients for documentation and financial support.

Required Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Sage 50, QuickBooks, Xero, and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of UK VAT & PAYE regulations.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sage bookkeeping (preferred).
• Strong communication, reconciliation, and client management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Rawalpindi (Gigga Mall, DHA 2).
